Indramat® (now Bosch Rexroth®) Motion Control is simply the best. We carry factory refurbished Indramat DKC Drives of every power rating. We have them on the shelf for you right now, so you don’t lose time and money waiting. Call 479-422-0390 for an immediate solution to your Indramat DKC concerns.
Indramat components are modular. That means you can pull a defective DKC drive off the machine and quickly replace it with a factory repair or reman unit — or one of our emergency replacement units. Once your factory repaired DKC drive is back, you can quickly replace the emergency part.
The result is less downtime, lower costs, and no worries about falling behind with orders.
Indramat DKC Drives
There are three types of Indramat DKC drive. Use the numbers and pictures below to identify the one you need help with, and call us for immediate assistance.
Ecodrive Type 3
The Ecodrive Type 3 family was the follow on to the Ecodrive Type 1, but with numerous improvements. There are two improvements that we consider particularly important. First, the firmware was moved to an external module (ESM Module) allowing the firmware and parameter set from a failed drive to be moved to the replacement unit in seconds with no computer required. Second, the modular I/O (BGR card) allows for a single spare drive power section with multiple I/O to be used as a spare instead of multiple drives. There were also two additional power ranges added, the 100amp and 200amp units. The 230v unit was completely dropped from the lineup.

Ecodrive Type 1
The Ecodrive Type 1 was a newer alternative to the DKS series of compact AC controllers. As the name implied, it was an economical solution for some applications. The units have internal firmware requiring disassembly to change, and are purpose built, not being reconfigurable. They were built in a single power range, but in two voltages (the 230v units were 30amp because of the reduced power available). Quite popular because of their cost and versatility, they were superseded by the DKC Type 3.
Rexroth EcoDrive Cs Drives
The EcoDrive Cs series was a lower power range (100 to 750 W) option with a compact design. They use the SERCOS interface and are particularly suited to printing, machine tooling, packaging machines, and similar applications. The entire series is good with multi-axis machines.
There are four engine types:
Multiple configurations with various shafts and brake options provide a good deal of flexibility. However, these drives are not intended for use under water, in settings with wide temperature variations, or in other extreme conditions.
