Indramat — built to last
Indramat parts and components were built to last for a long, long time. All Indramat components are now considered legacy parts, meaning that they are no longer manufactured. Although these components haven’t been made in over a decade, there are still many systems that are using Indramat servos.
Indramat designed parts with quality and longevity in mind, and some of these servos have been running for 20 or 30 years. Since two or three decades is probably enough time for a human being to come into their own, it’s definitely enough time to lose some seldom used manual for a burly-built servo.
Where’s the manual?
If you’ve never experienced an issue with your servo, it’s likely that you’ve never had to consult the manual, and it’s even possible that you purchased or inherited the machines being used in your factory, and you’ve never even laid eyes on the manual.
