A bad Indramat cable can generate a number of different fault and error codes. It’s also one of the easiest Indramat problems to resolve.
Indramat drives and servo motors are overbuilt, and they rarely break. An Indramat cable isn’t as robust as a fully-enclosed motor, however. Your cable could have been damaged during normal use, or maybe it was misused.
Keep an extra Indramat cable or two on hand. Clearly mark the cables that you know are good. Swap out any questionable cables with a good Indramat cable to see if this clears the error.
