Here are five tips to speed up the process.
#1: Find the model number of your Indramat component
Your motor, drive, or control has a model number that includes a lot of essential information, including the size and what peripherals it has. The difference between a MSK030C-0900-NN-M1-UG0-NNNN and a MSK030C-0900-NN-M1-UG1-NNNN is significant.

#2: Check the manual
Once you know what component, exactly, you’re dealing with, check the manual for that component and see if you can narrow down the possibilities.
Your component will show you an error code, and the manual will tell you the most likely causes of the problem. Sometimes the issue can be something simple, like a broken cable or a battery that needs replacing. Other times, you may need to repair or replace the component. The manual will help with your troubleshooting.

#3: Check your power supply
Make sure your machine is plugged in and the electricity is on. This may sound obvious, but it’s often the source of the problem, especially if the problem is a completely unresponsive machine.
It doesn’t hurt to make sure this is not the issue before you call.
#4: Take a deep breath
We know that you’re probably stamping on sparks as you call. But we may need to ask you some questions. if you’re calm enough to hear those questions and answer them, that will speed up the process.
#5: Call us first
This is the most important tip. Sometimes we get a call only after someone has already gone to a cheap third party shop or tried to buy a replacement component on eBay. Often they’ve spent a considerable amount of money and found that the results were disheartening.
