Trouble with your DKC11.3? Call 479-422-0390 for an immediate solution to your Indramat DKC problems.
The DKC11.3 is often referred to as the dumb drive, which is unfair, but also accurate. Where all the other DKC drives have an input BGR card or brain, this drive simply has a blank cover plate. It is used as a velocity drive, where another unit (like a CLM) closes the position loop. It is distinguishable by the blank cover plate halfway up on the right side of the front.
One of the great strengths of the DKC drives are their ease of replacement. Pull a faulty unit and replace it with a new unit, then swap the firmware (ESM) module. It’s that simple. This reduces downtime, which is the most costly thing about a faulty unit, to just minutes once you are at the drive.
When repairing a faulty unit, third-party repair shops may tempt you, but you’ll find that you’re repairing your components multiple times to get a single functioning unit. Third-party repair shops cannot get original parts or specs. Besides having your DKC11.3 factory repaired, we have DKC11.3 exchange units sitting on the shelf ready to ship to you immediately if necessary for production requirements. You simply return your core once it’s removed.
With a factory repair or REMAN, your DKC11.3 will return to you like new, ready to get back to work. We also have these units available in emergency exchange stock (drives that have already been through the REMAN program) so you don’t have to leave your facility idle while repairs are being done.
We have the largest selection of emergency replacement parts in the nation, and air charters to get them to you fast if needed. You’re up and running instead of waiting for your factory repair. Call today for immediate assistance.
